Shipping and Returns
Shipping:

All of our products that are in stock are prepared for shipment from our warehouse located in Ontario, Canada.

The majority of orders are typically shipped within 48 business hours and are delivered using Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, or other courier companies. It might take two or three business days, depending on our workload.

You will receive a tracking number for your order, which can be monitored on the courier company's website. A confirmation email will be sent to you containing the tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can log into your account as well to see the tracking number.

Any orders placed after 12pm EST will be sent out the next day. We send out orders from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Orders made during the weekend will be sent out on Monday or Tuesday.

If you receive Free Shipping, we will likely use the regular / ground shipping provided by the courier companies.

Free shipping does not qualify for any priority or overnight delivery.

Delivery in Canada will be completed within a maximum of 7 business days. Free shipping could take up to 15 days to arrive)

Shipping to the USA will take 5-12 business days

In most other countries, shipping will take anywhere from 10 business days to 4 weeks.
Please take note of the following information:
We would like to inform you that in the event of any loss of the package by the service provider or if the package goes missing, we cannot be held responsible. We can only offer assistance if the package is insured by you.
For international shipments (outside Canada), you may be required to pay for import duties and taxes. It is your responsibility to verify whether your importing country has any laws about this.
*Please note that overnight orders (paid specifically) must be placed before 10 AM EST to be shipped on the same day. You must also contact us to confirm your order. Please be advised that there is no shipping or delivery on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. For instance, if an Overnight Order is made on Friday, it will only be delivered on Monday. Additionally, courier companies do not guarantee next-day delivery to some locations.
Returns:
Please take note that any items purchased on "SALE" are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges. We will only accept returns for such items if we shipped you the wrong product or a faulty product, which was our mistake. If you wish to return a product that you ordered, you must do so within the warranty period.
We take pride in offering the best quality products and outstanding customer service, and we want you to be 100% satisfied and successful with your new cricket equipment. If we make an error in your order, we will rectify it immediately. If your shipment is damaged or lost by the courier company, please file a claim with your local shipping office. If items are missing, please check with your neighbours, family members, and local delivery staff before registering a complaint. If they are still missing, please register a police complaint and an official complaint with the service provider. Then, please contact us with proof, so we can work with you on any missing or damaged items. We can only offer assistance if the package is insured by you.
We do provide free returns on select products and orders at our discretion, such as if we shipped you the wrong product or a faulty product that was our mistake. However, the customer must bear the cost of return shipping for other reasons, such as size or style issues with accessories, equipment, shoes, clothes, helmets, etc.
Please note that there are no returns or exchanges for used items, undergarments, abdo guards, or any products that come under this very personal category.
Defective Products:
If you feel that you received a defective product, please send us pictures via email at jrsports.ca@gmail.com or complete the form below, along with your phone number and order number. We will contact you shortly to discuss your issue and find a solution. Our main goal is to ensure your satisfaction, not to cause any inconvenience.
10 Days Return Guarantee:
We have a return policy for any unopened or unused product. You can return the product within 10 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit, excluding shipping costs. If you are not completely satisfied with the product you received, you can return it in the same good condition and we will issue you a store credit or refund. However, please note that for products bought together to check the size or to avail of free shipping or similar offers, the shipping cost will not be refunded. In such cases, both side shipping will be deducted.
Procedure for Returns:
Contact our team at jrsports.ca@gmail.com or send us a message by completing the form below within the warranty period. Provide proof of purchase and any necessary photos or videos of the defect to assist in processing your claim. Our team will evaluate your claim based on the information provided and determine if it is covered under our warranty and return policy. If your claim is approved, we will proceed accordingly. We will notify you via email or phone to discuss the return. Before returning, please make sure to contact our Customer Services for approval as returns received without approval will not qualify for a refund or credit.
*Please ensure your return package is insured. No need to pay extra for a signature.
